HOPE is working in following Program areas:

1. Livlihoods & Sustainable development. Anti poverty campaigns, Community led poverty hearings, Livlihood Security traianings for community groups, with focus on food security , awareness on global trade and poverty issues, Climate Change impacts on livlihoods, DRR mainstreaming in devlopment programming, Microfinance bank linkages, career councilling, advocacy on soacil protection. food security research in balochistan and NWFP .

2. Gender & Human Rights. Gender network managemnt, Gender equality to end poverty campaign, gender equality trainings and policy analysis, human rights programming, human rights trainings, stop violance aginst women campaign. human rights legal support.

3. Capacity Building. Socail Mobilization of community groups in to Community based Organizations (CBO), Organizational devlopment trainings and technical assistance for these CBOs, Climate change awareness and trainings, HIV&AIDS Minstreaming workshops, nvironmantal eduaction & trainings.

4. . Humanitarian Response. Emergency prepardness and response trainings and related technical assistance at local level in Balochistan, Community based Disaster Risk Reduction planning in two districts of balochistan & one union Council in Punjab. Relief goods mobilization and distribution in ziarat and Pishin in earthquake 2008.
