HOPE is governed through a group of Volanteer Members Committee (VMC) & a volanteer General Body. The General body meets once in a year to review progress in the light of stretegic direction and targets , while approve the next yaers operating volanteers plan for the organization. whlie the VMC meets on six monthly bases to  oversee the programme review and impact, look and guide into the issue of self sustainablity through vulanteer actions and programme direction-in a wider context. A Senior Managemnt committee (SMC) is accountable to program beniciciaries and VMC .
